As we transition from the heat of summer into the cooler Fall mornings, it's almost impossible NOT to think of "football weather" and the contagious excitement that permeates the Flint Hills. Just last week, Manhattan High christened their new turf field with a victory over Derby, the Wamego Red Raiders fought hard against Clay Center, the Junction City Blue Jays went to battle with Hays, and the K-State Wildcats posted a shutout win in their season opener against Southeastern Missouri. What a weekend! It's fun watching the success of these student-athletes, and it's even more fun celebrating the winning team. At Coldwell Banker Real Estate Advisors, we're geared up for another Fall season of putting our winning strategies to work for our Buyers and Sellers. We can't believe it's that time already… football season is BACK! Our agents in blue are excited to kick-off this football season and get back to enjoying all things football and tailgating.

Sunflower Spreads

The agents in blue enjoyed learning how to make beautiful charcuterie boards from Sunflower Spreads!

Everyone enjoyed Cecelia and Barb's company as well as their knowledge of the creation of the boards and ingredients used. Very fun!

2. Crock Pot: Is it a tailgate in the Midwest without a crock pot? Make sure to keep the chili warm all game long with a slow cooker. 
   
3. Cooler: Keep your food and most importantly, your drinks cool with a cooler large enough to store all your goods but could also double as seat!
   
4. Portable Grill: You can't forget the grill! Get yourself a portable one for easy use and transportation.
   
5. Portable Power Station: Don't drain your car battery and make sure you are ready for game time with a portable generator of some kind!
   
6. Bluetooth Speaker: Get yourself a Bluetooth speaker (preferably waterproof) to keep the tunes going and the energy up all day long!
   
7. Cornhole: Kill some time before or after the game with some cornhole! Why keep the competition only on the field?
