While spring doesn't officially start for a few more weeks, the spring market is definitely here! Our office has been in full swing with the increase in listing inventory in the MLS. Which has allowed us to get more of our buyers under contract. As you can guess, so far we have had a strong market and we look for that to continue.We are constantly looking for ways to provide more information about the process of buying and selling properties in the area, and one more way we are doing that, is by adding a blog to our website. Various agents will be putting posts out that will hopefully help inform consumers about the various aspects of the process, and also speak to the differences in the growing communities we serve. "In 2016, the Arrow Cocktail Lounge opened in the original Arrow Coffee location at 1800 Claflin Rd Suite 160. In 2020, the pandemic forced us to pair things down, and the lounge was reopened on a small scale within Arrow Coffee (1800 Claflin set 170). Since then, we’ve dreamt about the day we could reopen and serve our friends on a larger scale. Now we finally have the chance to do so!
The Wareham Hotel, located at 418 Poyntz Ave, was built as the “skyscraper of the midwest”. The first floor once housed Harry’s Uptown (later Harry’s), and now the Arrow Cocktail Lounge gets to write it’s own chapter in this historic book! While you’ll still be able to grab a cocktail at the Claflin location, we look forward to releasing an extensive cocktail menu and spirit list, along with a never before offered food menu!
At the Lounge, we strive to invent unique, delicious cocktails with a carefully chosen spirit selection. Our cocktail program is designed to appeal to the complete cocktail novice as well as the seasoned veteran. Our bartenders are trained to find the perfect drink for each customer, so come put them to the test!"
