Is anyone else asking themselves how it is already August? It is hard to believe that school begins next week for most of our local school districts.
When I think back to the Summer, it is hard to figure out where the time went! As a community, we will also begin welcoming the new and returning students of Kansas State University in the next couple of weeks. The real estate market continues to stay strong, with buyers continuing to look for homes in the area, despite the current interest rate and lower inventory on the market. In short, if the house is market ready, it is selling!
If you have questions about a specific property or your home, please reach out to any of our agents; we will be happy to help!
We can't believe it's that time already… back-to-school! Our agents and their little ones are getting back into the academic groove this August.
Looking forward to a great 2023-2024 school year!
The agents in blue enjoyed some great company and even better drinks at Manhattan Brewing Company!
Everyone enjoyed Manhattan Brewing Co.'s fun and friendly atmosphere with beautiful artwork and an open view of the brewing process. Very cool!

Create a Structured Routine: Start establishing a daily schedule helps to manage time more efficiently! Include time for studying, extracurricular activities, breaks, and personal time. Consistency can reduce the possibility of forgetting tasks and reduces last-minute rushing.
Efficient Use of Planners: Use planners or digital tools to keep track of assignments, deadlines, appointments, and important dates! Regularly updating and checking your planner eliminates the risk of forgetting important tasks.
Organize Your Study Space: Having a tidy workspace can significantly reduce stress! Ensure your study space is clutter-free, well-lit, and has all necessary supplies. Having a designated study area can also help in maintaining focus and productivity.
Be Proactive: Stay ahead with your assignments and readings whenever possible! This doesn't necessarily mean doing everything at once, but staying on top of your work can help avoid academic stress. Break down larger tasks into smaller, manageable tasks to make them seem less overwhelming.
Health and Well-being: Regular exercise, a well-balanced diet, and adequate sleep greatly boost the overall ability to deal with stress. Including physical activities and leisure time in your schedule is crucial in maintaining mental health.
