Meet Dawn Belville

Broker/REALTOR®

Born in Denver, Dawn was transplanted to Wamego during her high school years and subsequently became a raving Wizard of Oz fan. In 1992, she left her career in retail management to sell real estate and has since acquired her Broker’s license. Her decades of experience selling homes within the Manhattan, Junction City and surrounding areas has placed Dawn among the top 6% of agents worldwide. Even if it’s during the evening or on a weekend, Dawn is ready to put her expertise, knowledge and skills to work for you. When she’s not with clients, you’ll find Dawn working on one of her many woodworking projects, taking her dog Lucky for walks or volunteering with canine rescue groups. As they say, “when all else fails, hug the dog.”
